These Terms and Conditions are applicable every time you visit the SlideMusicGroup.com website and/or place an order for merchandise from our website. Before completing an order you will be required to confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
A. Order Acceptance
Acceptance of your order will be deemed to have occurred on allocation of stock by SlideMusicGroup.com In particular, we may not accept your order if a product you have ordered is out of stock, we have identified a product description or pricing error, or we have not been able to authorize your payment. Although unlikely, we may also refuse your order for any other reason at our discretion.
B. Payment
By submitting an order through SlideMusicGroup.com you attest that the payment details provided are valid and correct and that, when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. We will not release an order until the payment you make to us has cleared.
C. Pricing
All prices shown on the website may change from time to time. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your chosen destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges.
D. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, which consist of postage and packaging, are based on weight and territory. We make these as close to the actual costs charged by the United States Postal Service, however we do not provide a refund, nor require any additional payment, based on any discrepancy. Items that cannot be combined into one package may be split, we will cover any additional postage cost in this instance.
E. Product Specification
We have taken every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our merchandise is correct at the time of publishing. We cannot guarantee that the product images you see on your PC are a totally accurate representation of the merchandise.
F. Stock Availability
All items are subject to availability. Due to inventory discrepancies or multiple orders being placed for the final item at the same time, it is possible for an order to be placed for an item that is in fact sold out. Should any item you order be out of stock we will contact you at the e-mail address you provided when ordering. If we don't receive a response to our e-mail we will process the remaining items on your order and refund the balance.
G. Order Cancellation
If you need to amend or cancel an order then we should be contacted as soon as possible. If your order has already been released then you will still be able to return the merchandise within 7 days in line with your statutory rights, however the postage and packaging charges will not be refunded. All refunds will be credited in the original form of payment. We recommend that you return your goods by recorded delivery as we will only refund on receipt of the originally released merchandise.
H. Returns
In the unlikely event that any merchandise delivered is damaged or incorrect merchandise is delivered, return postal charges will be refunded by SlideMusicGroup.com. In this instance, merchandise should be returned to SlideMusicGroup P.O. Box 12163 Orange Ca. 92869 USA by Recorded Delivery within 7 days of receipt for a full replacement (or refund if a particular item is no longer in stock).
